I recently used this service on a recommendation from other adopted parents I know, mostly to find out a little more history for my children. Eventually, as they get older, they can add it to their packet of “what makes me who I am, and where did I come from” information. Not a biological connection as such, but at least a heritage answer, some medical (of sorts) information, and potential matches of other family, including cousins who might be in the database. One more piece to add to the puzzle!
